Pinkage Extensions Review

Pinkage Extensions Review

I ordered Pinkage extensions a couple weeks ago from a Ebay seller and they finally arrived! I was soooo excited to see how the extensions will turn out and to be honest I wasn't sure if it was going to be a great product because the lack of reviews I found on the company itself and none on the product I wanted to purchase. Luckily, the seller on Ebay was a had great ratings so I took the chance. It was suppose to arrive on Friday, but I missed the postman guy so I had to go pick it up today. I purchased the 12 piece curly/wavy 65 cm (26 inch) Pinkage extensions for about 54 dollars (it was 5% off at the time of purchase). Standard shipping was free and it took about 11 days to arrive, so shipping was fairly quick (me likey). One of my fears of buying hair pieces online is color. I was afraid that the color wouldn't match my hair (you can't return products based on hair color issue :/) but I was LUCKY! The dark brown I choose was slightly darker than my hair color, but blended fairly well!

Wavy/Curly 12 Piece, 65 cm (26 inches) - Pinkage Site

This is a picture of the Pinkage extensions I bought that the company provided
(I don't NOT own this picture. This picture belongs to Pinkage and can be found in the link above)
The product was packaged in a pink plastic bag of some sort with pink duct tape sealing off the openings. The box was then wrapped around bubble wrap. Even though the packaging seemed secure, I found the box some what damged. The box was bent a bit and the plastic holding the hair inside was weak looking. Although the box did not appear to be the best looking container (maybe this was due to the fact the package came all the way from Korea and the flight was bumpy? dunno), the extensions appeared completely alright and was not damaged soooo, I didn't really mind.

I took the extensions out of the box. The extensions were super curly when I first glanced at it and had a soft, silky texture (not even human hair too!) The whole thing with the sucky looking box left my mind when I set my eyes and hands on the extensions! (Extra Note: the color of the extensions I bought were dark brown and the picture above was taken with a camera, indoors, and with flash)
Picture of myself with pre-curled hair (I used a 1.5 inch curler) without the extensions (Note: the picture was edited - I mainly edit my pictures' color. My natural hair color is dark brown to brown)

Picture of myself with the extensions put on. The extensions blended pretty nicely with my natural hair. The only thing I noticed was that the area with my natural hair + extensions appeared more volumized so it made my hair near the end more thin looking, but hey it gives it a layered look that I don't mind :) (Extra Note: This picture is edited. I added a color effect. I have the orignal picture below ...lol ^^;)

Picture of myself with the extensions with no editing (no color effects) The dark brown blended well with my hair. The tips of my natural hair is a bit lighter than my actually hair and I can pick it out when I see myself in the mirror, but its no biggie. Not super noticeable.

Picture of myself with a full length view of the extensions. Compared to the picture online, it doesn't exactly look super like them but hey close enough I guess. (Extra Note: I used 9 out of the 12 extensions of the product. My upper layers are much shorter than my lower layers and I didn't have anymore space to add anymore)

Overall Opinion:

This is my first purchase of extensions and I can say these Pinkage extensions are worth the money if!

Texture: soft, silky, but tangles easily since its synthetic ***
Color: pretty accurate to the picture shown on the site, dark brown, blends nicely with my hair *****
Shipping: standard shipping, arrived within 11 days from purchase date *****
Customer Service: I didn't have any problems, so I didn't contact their customer service *****
Comfort: I'm a noob on extensions so after wearing it for awhile it made my head sore, but on the  bright side, it kept my head warm and my room was cold! D: ****
Price vs Quality: 54 dollars for synthetic extensions seems like a pretty good deal to me. Most extensions' price are around 50+ dollars usually, like 80 ish and have less pieces - so I prefer this one. (Extra Note: The price on these extensions on the actual site is 80+ dollars now. Pinkage have raised the prices on their hair pieces, wigs, and bangs. I bought mine on a ebay site.) ****

Overall: **** out of 5 stars , I will purchase more Pinkage extensions in the future :o

(I hope this helps others out there who are considering to buy Pinkage products but aren't sure since there's not many who know about it / not many reviews on their products. I barely found any reviews on their products D: I hope there's more reviews in the future!)

Anxious

First day at work tomorrow! I work 5-10pm. I'm not sure if I should be excited or not, but my gut feeling is telling me I am haha. I hope the working experience is something I will enjoy for awhile (hopefully I don't get tired of working) But really though, I'm just glad it takes up some extra time I have laying around. I much rather be working my butt off than sit around being a dead, unproductive piece of meat slab haha. I also have a math exam coming up. I have been studying for that, but eh I hope I do fine. School + job = taking up most of my life atm, but yet I still manage to have free time laying around lol. Whenever I get the chance I'll post on here and my tumblr. Hopefully I can manage to put in some reviews (probably will do that after I get to buy my extensions) I know not many will read them, but hey for the products I tend to buy ... they usually don't have much reviews so it's hard to make a decision to buy it or not sometimes. It would be nice to have more reviews around to make my decision making easier. Guess I'm just thinking for those people who can't manage to find reviews on things they want to buy or isn't popular or just plainly not enough reviews. I don't mind reviewing popular items as well though... Oh snaps, I'm rambling now haha, seeeeee told you randomness. I get off track so easily it's not even funny... Okay I kid I kid. I'm not that bad, but I do tend to ramble like what I'm doing now. ANYWHO. I'll be logging off now and heading to sleep.

What to do, what to do

I still have 2+ hours to go till my Biology 189 class starts...Hmm, what to do what to do. I already made a blog out of my boredom lol (well, not entirely out of boredom since I wanted to make a blog awhile back, but never got the chance) I also wanted to try out making youtube videos, you know to kill time while informing others of my opinions on products. I try to youtube reviews on products I want to get, but usually I can't find good reviews or any at all. I'll focus on mainly doing reviews for products that usually don't have much reviews to start with. I think I'll start with my circle lenses first, haha I couldn't find much reviews with the lenses I bought so hopefully that can be helpful to others. Overall really though, I don't expect many to read this sooooo I'll use this as a journal with my rants and what not haha. Well if anyone is reading this atm, expect reviews on:

PinkyParadise (Woah, just when I went back to check the names of the contacts I bought, I realized that they changed their website. Hmm interesting, hopefully it's easy to use like their old one)
- Geo Nudy Blue (My oldest pair, and first circle lenses & should have the most reviews on)
- Geo Tri-Color Blue
- G&G BT02 Violet (I don't recall finding any reviews on this one before buying these)
- Shinny Green (aka Puffy 3 Tone)
I also have been using Missha M Perfect Cover BB Cream, so I can do a review on that as well, but... there should be plenty of reviews on that product haha. I read so many reviews before purchasing that BB cream

Since I just got my first job a couple weeks ago (insert self cheering), I'll be getting my pay check soon ish. I plan on buying some extensions that I will be reviewing later on this month. I found barely anyyyy reviews on the company I plan on buying from so this in-coming extensions review will be interesting. I really hope my blog can help out others while entertaining my boredom lol.

I hope blogging is as fun as people say it is~ Treat me well blogger.com haha :)
